  • Are responsible for timely payment of agreed compensation
  • Must maintain professional conduct in all interactions

For Remote Talent:

  • Must provide accurate professional and personal information
  • Are responsible for maintaining promised availability
  • Must accurately represent skills and experience
  • Must comply with confidentiality agreements
  • Are responsible for their own tax obligations
  • Must maintain professional conduct in all interactions

4. PAYMENT AND FEES

  • Platform fees for hiring organizations
  • Payment processing for remote worker compensation
  • Currency conversion and international payment terms
  • Cancellation and refund policies
  • Late payment penalties
  • Tax documentation requirements

5. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

Your use of the Website and/or the Anvill Products and Services involves the transmission of personal and professional information. We handle this data in accordance with our Privacy Policy located at www.tippytop.io/privacy and applicable data protection laws.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • Payment disputes outside our platform
  • Lost business opportunities
  • Damages from platform downtime

11. INDEMNIFICATION

Users agree to indemnify Anvill against claims arising from:
